<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1/4 cup dates</li>
<li>1/4 cup raisins</li>

<li>2 tablespoons dijon mustard</li>
<li>1 florida cherry pepper, from a jar (pickled?), diced</li>
<li>1/4 cup diced red onion</li>
<li>salt &amp; pepper, to taste</li>
<li>1 teaspoon sugar</li>
<li>2 cups or so of grilled chicken, cut up<strong></strong></li>

<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="font-weight: normal;">Combine all the ingredients. Serve as a side dish or on some buttered toast or a bagel or whatever! I found that this salad was even better the next day.</span></strong></p>
